YES… yes it is… yes it is as cool as you would hope it would be.

Having played (and owned) one of the really cool GI Joe arcade machines… we can safely say that this is the best GI Joe game out there (of the 3 or 4 that are currently available). We couldn’t resist bringing up this classic arcade game (even thought they yell “Yo Joe” a little too much). The game is very similar to the behind-the-back 3rd person levels in the Contra games. The levels are over the top in color and action with the bosses being many of the familiar faces from the old cartoon show. The only thing we would have liked would have been some variety with the 4 Joes that you can choose as each one plays the same (and for some reason Snake Eyes yells Yo Joe).
