Guitar Hero World Tour DEAL OF THE DAY

The Conduit Launch + 60% OFF
We busted Ghosts last week on the Wii… now it’s time to go crush an alien invasion!
It feels like it has been years since the last great Wii game but the wait is over as The Conduit released this week (get it at TRU and get 60% OFF a select second game)!
DEALZ: $10 Fracture
It’s your sandbox… do what you want with it! But this time its only $10!
When someone talks about games that allow you to play in a sandbox, Fracture adds a whole different meaning to it as you actually play in a world that you can manipulate. With different weapons at your disposal, you are able to shape the terrain to what you need (think Red Faction but with far less demolition). Need some cover? like sinkholes? maybe you want to have a pillar come shooting out of the ground? Its all here and looks good in action. Sure the story is so-so but for $10 it’s a game you should cave-in and get (yes bad pun and all)!

DEALZ: $31 OFF on LEGO INDY!
Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures
Looks like Amazon is having an amazing deal on the 360 version of Lego Indiana Jones. For a limited time they are offering $31 OFF of Indy for the Xbox 360 (and savings on the other console versions can be had too). We have enjoyed our time with all the licensed Lego games to date and Indy is no different so this is a steal at the $19 price point! Heck even some of the “Associates” have it listed for UNDER $8 NEW! So either way you can save a lot of money (and can save even more by not buying the terrible Wii Indiana Jones that just released and going Lego!

We are going to blow the hell out of those dumb bugs until we don’t have anything left to shoot ‘em with! And then, we are going to strangle them with their own living guts! Am I right, Marines?
HALO ODST is right around the corner and if you haven’t pre-ordered it yet… now if the time to do so. As a special pre-order bonus, you will get to play as Sgt. Johnson in the new Firefight mode. All we have to say about that is: ”All you greenhorns who wanted to see Covenant up close… this is gonna be your lucky day.”

Highlander Blowout!
Ok we admit it… we have secretly been praying for a Highlander game on the Wii.
Sure we have No More Heroes for the sword play and the upcoming Gladiator AD game for a sword & shield fighting game but we still want our Highlander fix! Well until the higher ups get a clue (and are willing to take a large risk that others agree with us)… we have other Highlander items to keep us happy. The good thing is… a few of them are on sale right now!
If you are a Highlander fan, chances are you own at least one sword. It may not be a “Highlander” based sword… but its a big long sharp object nonetheless. The cool thing is if you haven’t picked up the “Macleod” sword (50 inches of pure awesome), it is on sale for $25 OFF. That brings the sword down to ONLY $35 (or $39.99 through another associate). For something as nice as this… it is a steal so don’t let this get away or we may have to come take your head.
Macleod Sword
Ok… not much needs to be said of this. It is the first movie and if you are a Highlander fan… it is a must own. What’s this? Its almost half off? Now is your chance to get this excellent movie for $8. If you are already buying the sword… you might as well have the movie it is from.

on a similar note… our UPDATED Highlander Wallpaper gallery is coming soon!
$14 for No More Heroes
Fourteen dolla make you holla! What are you waiting for?!? NMH is a must own on the Wii…
Amazon has the game available for just above $14 from a few of their associates. This is one of the few non-craptacular games on the Wii and not one to pass up.
What is it about? Imagine Quentin Tarantino had made the recently kickass “Wanted” movie and the main character had a lightsaber rather than bullets. Now imagine that a game was made based on the Tarantino version that uses the Wii remote to control the hero… er… assassin. Not only do you get a game that allows you to do some kickass lightsaber battles (and deflections) but you also have one off the wall game with “brawler” elements to it. The action and violence is over the top and graphic… definitely not for kids (especially since you need to recharge your saber by what looks to be jacking it off). The story is straight forward as you become an assassin and must hunt down other assassins (some equally crazy and out there designs) to become the best in the world. This is one game on the Wii that does not suck.
